1)Directors No. 2-3 were re-appointed as the Company's directors for another term according to the resolution of the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on April 22, 2021.

2) Director of the Board of Directors No. 4 was appointed as the Company's director (in place of Mr. Cherdchai Prasongphonchai who resigned from the Company's director) from the Board of Directors Meeting No. 1/2020 on February 21, 2020.

In reviewing the reliability of the financial statements , Mr. Udom Tangmanasakul graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Rangsit University. and is the Managing Director of Pro-Ac Services Co., Ltd.
